All payments are securely processed at checkout. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• During new arrivals, special promotions, holidays, or major sales, processing times may be longer.
• Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping Locations

• At this time, we ship within the United States only.
• We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7 on all U.S. orders
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship FREE

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

In-Store Pickup

We offer FREE in-store pickup at our Bearden,Knoxville location.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Free Shipping

• Free shipping applies to qualifying orders only.
• Taxes, gift cards, and shipping charges do not count toward qualifying totals.
• If merchandise is returned causing the order to fall below the qualifying amount, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Apricot Lane is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately if changes are needed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

• Delayed in transit
• Marked as delivered but cannot be located
• Lost during shipment

Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If additional assistance is needed, we are happy to help where possible by submitting a carrier inquiry.

Apricot Lane is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Include your order number.
• Provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and current tax regulations.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, descriptions, inventory, or product availability may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory inaccuracies
• Issue a full refund if payment has already been processed

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be subject to additional verification.
