At Apricot Lane Knoxville, we want you to love your purchase. We hope you love your items you ordered, but just in case you aren’t happy with something here is everything you need to know about returning!

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of eligible merchandise within 7 days of delivery.

Please enclose original receipt when sending your return so we can locate your order more efficiently. Any package without the original receipt will be returned to sender and refund will not be made. Please include any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned. Our online return policy is separate from our in store policy. See store for details. • To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free of odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or damage
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing from your order

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the situation promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Clearance and sale merchandise
• Jewelry
• Hair accessories
• Personalized or custom items
• Gift cards
• Seasonal or holiday merchandise
• Items marked "Final Sale"

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund (if eligible) may be offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:
